Light soiling is expected and covered. Significant damage will be deducted from the hold — we'll always chat with you first.

What if my dress doesn't fit on the night?

Once your hire is confirmed we don't offer refunds for size changes — but you're welcome to try on up front at our studio.

Question 3

Can I get the dress delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer Sydney-wide delivery for a small fee. Interstate is possible on a case-by-case basis.

Question 4

Do I need to dry-clean it before returning?

Accepted Answer

Nope — dry cleaning is included in your hire price. Just return it as-is.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible. Formal season (October – December) books out months ahead.
